Joe Lycett did not shred £10k in David Beckham Qatar protest

Jokester Joe Lycett has uncovered he didn't actually shred £10,000 during a dissent against David Beckham's job as a minister for the Qatar World Cup.

Lycett livestreamed himself evidently obliterating the money on Sunday after the ex-Britain footballer didn't answer his final proposal to drop the work on the side of LGBT individuals.

On Monday, Lycett affirmed he had as a matter of fact gave the cash to noble cause.

He said obliterating the money would have been "flighty".

Some LGBT fans have boycotted the Fifa Men's Reality Cup over Qatar's treatment of gay individuals, as same-sex connections are condemned in the country.

In a video update posted on Twitter, Lycett made sense of: "truly, the cash that went into the shredder was genuine, however the cash that came out was phony.

"As a matter of fact, the 10 thousand had previously been given to LGBTQ+ noble cause before I even squeezed send on the underlying tweet a week ago."
